Hilarity Ensures!
Laughed out loud after the flamingo drank the chocolate milk! Was totally not expecting that, and the illustration made the visual twice as funny. Flamingo sleeping standing in the bathtub picture gave me a chuckle too.
In seriousness, there are lessons to be learned about cause and effect, trial and error, making predictions, helpfulness, asking experts for advice, and biologically, true that flamingos are born white. Great vocabulary builder for new readers or a fun bedtime story.

A Fun Read with a Creative Twist!
I had my 9-year-old read this book, and he gave it a solid 4 out of 5.
He really enjoyed the way the flamingo changed throughout the story, which kept him interested and eager to see what would happen next. It was fun to see him so engaged, and it even sparked some creative conversations afterward.
A great pick for kids who love stories with a bit of magic and creativity!
